Jeddah Aqua Raffle Project: 1 Basement+ 7 podium + 46 floors (Residential Tower)
The Aqua Raffles Jeddah project is a luxury 5 star mixed use complex that comprises a single basement, A 7 storey podium with High End Luxury Retail on the Ground Floor and hotel parking and public levels on the remaining level, the residential tower has total of 46 floors while the hotel has 22 levels.
Role: Finishing Section head engineer (acting construction manager).
• Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Coordinates all activities to manage high end floor finishes joinery works, wall finishes, ceiling finishes, interior works, etc. from lay out stage through life cycle of the project.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and presenting them in the field.

Abu Dhabi Plaza Project (Nur Sultan, Kazakhstan), 3 podium +30 floors (offices).
Abu Dhabi Plaza is a 500, 000m2 mixed-use development in Astana, Kazakhstan comprising five towers joined by a four-storey podium and four-level basement. The centerpiece of the development is a 75-storey tower which is the tallest building in the region and a landmark for Kazakhstan. The development also comprises two 30-storey international-grade office buildings, a smaller residential building and a hotel.
Role: Section head engineer (acting construction manager).
• Work with project departments head to develop high quality solutions detailing procedures, methodologies and guidelines for ensuring effective implementation for the activities at the site.
• Planning, organizing and controlling site operations and planning all other operation as per site requirements.
• Advise and monitor onsite engineers on site activities, monitoring the subcontractor and following the project schedule in a way to finish the work as per project specification and project schedule.
• Site coordination between other disciplines with Construction.
• Snagging and de-snagging for the finished areas.
• Handing over the completed areas to client.

Saraya Aqaba Project (Aqaba, Jordan), 6 floors + G.F+ 1 basement 201 guest rooms.
Saraya Aqaba is a 634, 000 square meters of land and built around a manmade lagoon that adds approximately 1.5 kilometers of beachfront to the city of Aqaba, the project hosts a beach club, resident villas unite, and four 5-stars luxury hotels. AL Manara luxury Collection hotel (by Marriot).

Role: Section head engineer.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.
• Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field
• Assign responsibilities and monitor project team
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Inspecting completed works for compliance with industry codes, specifications and safety standards.
• Ensuring that civil and finishing activities are completed on time and within budget
