• To prepare and issue standard policies and associated documentation accurately and ensure all policy documents are duly signed within required time frame.
• To ensure quotations are in line with Company practices and underwriting guidelines
• To assist the Branch Underwriter in his daily duties and as delegated to
• To request additional information and/or documentation from clients as and when necessary and following up such requests.
• To manually register all polices, endorsements and debit and credit notes in the appropriate registers, and ensure the same are countersigned by the appropriate member of senior staff.
• To ensure good customer relations when communicating both in writing and verbally, by telephone or in person.
