• Provide professional administrative support to recruiters.
• Prepare, maintain and manage interview schedules and correspondences.
• Schedule interviews, pre-employment drug tests and submit background checks.
• Review applications and assessments for completeness. Obtain additional information if necessary.
• Help prepare weekly reports and other departmental projects as needed.
• Compile and send new hire information to accepted applicants.

• Response of all GOSI addition and deletion for Saudi’s, and complete all Non-Saudi GOSI details.
• In charge of GOSI Yearly update for all employee within the organization.
• Initiating all new hire COS “Change of Status” in Oracle system.
• Handling GCC countries employee’s GOSI Addition and deletion and c
• In charge of company health care policy in all addition, deletion, claims, and death claims as well.
• Preparing Manpower report for “SAUDI ARAMCO” on monthly basis.
• Claiming SPSP invoices with Human Resource Development Funds “HRDF”.
• Validating our company data in order to reach Zero defect in GOSI and our System using Vlookup Excel tools.
• Ensuring that all Purchase Requests are properly authorized by approving authority, empowered by the company in each case, as per the limitations set for the same.
• Issuing RFQ
• Ensuring that all material delivered has proper delivery notes with PO number etc., mentioned on them or copies of PO attached. Materials delivered without relevant delivery note should be return except in case of emergencies in consultation with the approver and originator of Purchase Request.
• Issuing PO in Blanket agreements.
• Receiving all PO’s and Delivery Notes. Making necessary changes in the PO value to match with original value, based on approved change order etc.
• Registering vendors after conduction vendor verification and Qualifications.
• Obtaining and using technical acceptance prior to issue PO’s
• Following-ups with vendors on rejected materials with Warehouse staff until the company receives the correct replacements.
