Development, maintenance and upgrade of management dashboards, reports & regular analysis presentations after gathering & understanding requirements business requirements from all marketing teams.
• Establishing proper BI Infrastructure & Rule books for management reports and dashboards.
• Catering marketing business units regular and adhoc reporting requirements.
• Working on Etisalat Quarterly Budget exercises 3+9, 6+6 and 8+4 for budget vs. realistic achievement to define next year budget & 4 years business plan.
• Team-wise monthly Budget Variance analysis and reporting to marketing head and all marketing BU’s.
1. Managing the entire UPaisa - Ufone Branchless Banking Project’s commercial launch in collaboration with U Micro Finance Bank Limited being Team Leader & team Player for Business Planning, Vendor Shortlisting, Product, Pricing & Commission Strategy, Channel Strategy and Brand & Communication Strategy.
2. Project Management, supervision and coordination for USSD Mobile Banking in partnership with leading commercial banks of Pakistan that already has successfully transacted over 15 Billion Rupees since launch.
3. Managing the team for G2P (Government-2-Person) Fund disbursement Programs throughout Pakistan in collaboration with BISP and 5 leading commercial banks.
4. Leading & managing International Inward remittance cash out project for Western Union, Express Money & Summit’s Amanat Cash.
5. Team Management, team building, coaching and mentoring of MFS team members on relevant projects.
Titled as "Silent Warrior" from Marketing department for "Identifying and removing bottle necks in Data Network of Ufone, which has resulted in generating 4 times increase in Data Revenues."
Being the concept initiator, solution searcher, recommendor and shortlister, I have the honour to work for/launch the following services incoordination/team work with Engineering, IN, IT, NSS, CS, IR, Billing, Procurement, Logistics, Brands and Advertising departments:-

3. Prepaid Web-based Business SMS service with automated API facility.
4. GPRS/EDGE Data Packages for Prepaid/Postpaid Subscribers.
5. GPRS/EDGE WAP Gateway.
6. EDGE USB Data Modem complete branded with rich features & functionalities.
7. GPRS & MMS based Mobile email & IM Chat Services.
8. GPRS/EDGE Data Optimization Solution.
9. WAP Downloadable Java Application for Quran on Mobile.
10. Prepaid & Postpaid MCN (Missed Call Notification) Services.
11. Conducted GPRS/EDGE Nationwide Survey with OMO comparison.
12. Analysis of weekly & monthly VAS Revenue report to plan forecast and coordinate activities for ARPU enhancement, product life cycle management and churn prevention through subscriber metric segmentation.
* Successfully managing and leading a team of 50+ Employees (Marketing, sales, technical, finance and accounts etc) and three regional offices.
* Successfully diversified (both vertical and horizontal diversifications) into three new profitable business domains.
* Leading Unified Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd a subsidiary of Unified Ventures getting operational as Local Loop service operator in KTR (Karachi Telecom Region) with 3 unique telecom services.
* Successfully signed exclusive distribution contracts from the international suppliers for smartcards, GSM cards, CDMA/GSM WLL, LDI and Fixed LL, Triple Play, IPTV EduNet Products and other new telecom products.
* Planned, Organized and successfully launched many telecom products in the local telecom Industry from renowned international suppliers.
* Headed the most successful smartcard and scratch cards personalization division imported from the European Union.
* Successfully sourced, commissioned and launched Pakistan's first and only 4 colored single chipcard UV printing setup for the local payphone industry.
* Sorted, drafted and participated in relevant tenders of local and international repute worth Million of Rupees.
* Successfully launched the marketing campaign for a renowned reputable local scratch cards manufacturer for a regular supply of 4-5 Million scratch cards per month to local and international clients.

* Worked as Internal Document Owner for Comcept's successfull achievement of ISO 9001:2000 from Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance having identified, complied and implemented all the ISO processes.
* Successfully prepared and participated in International Telecom Tenders. Regularly dealing with Government Telecom and Regulatory authorities like Pakistan Telecom Authority & Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited. Knowledge of latest Telecom Technologies, Wide/Local Area Networks with a working knowledge of Windows based networks and safeguards against possible virus attacks and disaster data recovery options.
* Regularly update company website taking care of hosting, domain name registration and user email accounts issues. * Always worked very hard to achieve targets with in specific time frame by managing people, communication, time, tasks and targets.
