Managing the entire UPaisa - Ufone Branchless Banking Project’s commercial launch in collaboration with U Micro Finance Bank Limited being Team Leader & team Player for Business Planning, Vendor Shortlisting, Product, Pricing & Commission Strategy, Channel Strategy and Brand & Communication Strategy.
2. Project Management, supervision and coordination for USSD Mobile Banking in partnership with leading commercial banks of Pakistan that already has successfully transacted over 15 Billion Rupees since launch.
3. Managing the team for G2P (Government-2-Person) Fund disbursement Programs throughout Pakistan in collaboration with BISP and 5 leading commercial banks.
4. Leading & managing International Inward remittance cash out project for Western Union, Express Money & Summit’s Amanat Cash.
5. Team Management, team building, coaching and mentoring of MFS team members on relevant projects.
Titled as "Silent Warrior" from Marketing department for "Identifying and removing bottle necks in Data Network of Ufone, which has resulted in generating 4 times increase in Data Revenues."

* Headed the most successful smartcard and scratch cards personalization division imported from the European Union.
* Successfully sourced, commissioned and launched Pakistan's first and only 4 colored single chipcard UV printing setup for the local payphone industry.

* Successfully launched the marketing campaign for a renowned reputable local scratch cards manufacturer for a regular supply of 4-5 Million scratch cards per month to local and international clients.

* Successfully prepared and participated in International Telecom Tenders. Regularly dealing with Government Telecom and Regulatory authorities like Pakistan Telecom Authority & Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited.
