ACHIEVEMENTS
I have developed the performance metrics of the commercial department in BIC which have been used as a cornerstone for employees performance evaluation
I have developed the analysis of the sales history database reports of BIC for to be utilized by different departments. Those reports solved the following issues the company had:
¤ The lack of reconciliation and delays in month end and year end financials reporting
¤ It allowed the Sales department to realize their audit risks and violations and took corrective actions to eliminate them
¤ I have advised the Operations department about the efficiency gaps and utilization capacities that needed to be addressed and managed to reduce operational costs
¤ Based on the analysis of the reports I advised the Marketing department about the most suitable marketing channels. That allowed BIC to have targeted campaigns with a higher response level from the market
I have developed an RFM scale that allowed the sales department to recognize which clients are most valued to the company and been able to distribute the clients fairly to the team members of the Sales department
I am solely responsible for the performance measurement of the sales department and advising corrective actions should targets and budgets are not met
I handle all the system training requirements and functional support of the commercial department staff members which ensures meeting reporting deadlines and following policies and procedures. As a result, the Sales department eliminated most of the high risk audit instances from the national audit agency review report
Took the lead in four different system cycles in BIC which were Showsoft, ENTA, Audience View and Maximizer CRM. The successful implementation of these systems allowed higher automation in BIC services, easier tracking of employee activities, a structured stream of market feedback to the management and a better allocation of staff during peak and non-peak time
I have developed the training manuals, communication procedures and work flowcharts of the commercial department which have increased the efficiency and performance of the commercial department
Operational
1. Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly report for all sales revenue streams in an orderly and professional manner
2. forecasting and predicting the growth of products and events within the given time frames and deadlines of the commercial director
3. setting and defining the measurable elements that define targets, commissions and sales performance at the level of events and sold products
4. work closely with the Financial Controller to produce revenue statements in an efficient and periodic manner
5. preparing comparative and visual reports that are monthly, quarterly, yearly and event based
6. coding, implementing and modifying CRM and ticketing software in terms of what reports to be produced and what fields are to be changed or added as per the commercial and Finance department needs with the guidance of the IT Department
7. Responsible for setting up sales systems in terms of products, events and services that the commercial department offer to the market jointly with department heads
8. Provide the Finance Department with sales systems and analytical reports in a periodic manner to ensure that invoicing, claiming payments and reconciling records are all in order and up to date
9. Overview Sales CRM system and to maintain the database management and support to the heads of departments but with clear lines of communication with IT department for systems backup
10. Implement and oversee CRM/Ticket system daily processes and highlight to department heads of any non company policy procedures
