•Ensure communication is effective throughout store and back to brand team
•Implement and review all stock loss prevention controls. Implement processes specific to store product/size/ location
•Manage a team including; in store training, recruitment (where applicable), motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary and performance appraisals
•Implement store layout, visual merchandising, stock and fixture positioning according to brand guidelines. Manage stock replenishment, product launches and promotions.

Makes the necessary checks and follows - ups in order to ensure that prices and price displays are up to date
Follows up the product needs in his section, monitors and checks the visual merchandising of products according to VM standards
Checks whether his section complies with audit standards (product price check, legal regulations, product visual merchandising standards ), informs the stores management and coordinates the necessary arrangements
Follows up and checks everything in his section before the store is closed in order to ensure that the section is ready ( clean, replenished with products, and arranged according to VM standards) for the following day
Is attentive about the security of the store and the products, ensures that product alarms are checked; works in coordination and cooperation with the store manager and the security officer (if any
