-Monitor stock level for all parts.
-Analyze MSA (Month Sales Average) for each part in each store.
-Make minimum and maximum stock level for each store.
-Help dealers and wholesalers in making their orders.
-Make ordering strategy depend on all ordering factors (MSA, SOH, OO, BO, LT, LS, SS, etc.)
-Locate spare parts order on system for Japan.
-Follow up the process from shipping till receiving in our warehouse.
- Inspect the incoming invoices to discover damaged or missing parts.
-Help and Make the Initial order for new models.
-Make the monthly KPIs reports.
-Share in pricing plane for spare parts.
-Managing the plane of the inventory.
-Make the catalog of the accessories of each new model.
-Arrange the campaign plane of the year due to the promotion plane from the supplier.
-Supervising on placing main warehouse.
-Specialist in ERP system of spare parts.
-Share in Exhibitions arrangements for spare parts and accessory partition
-In case the work need me to be (Retail sales man, workshop sales man, spare parts assistant manager, spare parts manager, or warehouse keeper ) I can work all spare parts rolls .
- Final revision on all orders (stock & urgent) before ordering it from the supplier.
- Received Dealer Sales Order.
- Issue an invoice with available quantity.
- Update Back Order sheet with not available quantity.
- Monitor & Report monthly sales achievement.
- Help in spare parts order preparation.
- Locate spare parts order on SAP system for France.
- Follow up the process from shipping till receiving in our warehouse.
