Joined the organization as a senior Mechanical & Planning Engineer, moved up the corporate ladder to merit promotion to the position of Head of M&E and Planning, then Project Manager, and currently as a Contracts & Planning Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Ownership of all project execution activities, from planning to implementation and control, cost estimating, contracting, claims, knowledge of financial procedures to maintain project cost control within budgets and management of optimal resources.
• Carrying out complex planning, resource allocation and corporate reporting tasks in an efficient and timely manner, to ensure the effective delivery of day-to-day activities in liaison with Construction & Maintenance Engineer.
• Designing the required tools and systems to accomplish planned workflow and preparation of progress reports for submission, review and decision making.
• Facilitating quantitative and quantitative analysis of complex data for estimating costs and submitting bids for engineering, construction or extraction projects, and preparing contract documents.
• Providing relevant insight and advice in reviewing materials submittals, shop drawings and ensuring all procurement is aligned with site activities.
• Applying accumulated experiences and synergies to implement effective project control and minimize project issues, leading to optimization in the utilization of project resources and saving in time and money.
• Prioritizing a continuous improvement focused factory environment; advocating safe, hazard-free working culture with consistent compliance to organizational policies.
• Mastering the preparation of all contract documentation that accurately meets contract requirements, establishing workflow based on contract terms and ensuring complaisance with all contract requirements.
• Devising robust Operation & Maintenance plans for pumping stations, ascertaining all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the terms of the contract.
• Overseeing the day-to-day functions of maintenance services, developing/implementing SOP (standard Operating Procedure)and providing technical inputs for resolving system malfunctions and ensuring planned preventive maintenance adheres to established schedules.
• Investigating equipment failures, troubleshooting operations and optimizing the operation of the maintenance department to obtain high Quality, Cost, Yield and Productivity on an ongoing basis.
• Applying sharp analytical abilities in coordinating the testing, installation and commissioning of mechanical and E&I equipment.

Cost Estimator & Planner at KAHROMICA

Responsibilities:
• Managed, scheduled and monitored project work for estimation of works schedule and man-hour allocation, including day-to-day supervision and quantity reporting for power plant.
• Developed detailed estimation work process, provided accurate estimates, conducted requirement analysis and aligned all estimation to client specifications.
• Directed assigned project resources to best meet project objectives and adhere to project scope, time, cost and quality constraints. Simultaneously identified issues that affect the schedule and provided suitable resolutions.
