Responsibilities:
1- Receive the purchasing requests (PRs), contact the suppliers to provide the requested
department with the requested materials within the delivery date in the PR and according to the
procurement department’s SOPs.
2- Search and contact suppliers, negotiates the prices, terms, conditions and delivery date for
technically approved items to get the best offer according to the required specification with lower
price to decrease the cost.
3- Issue the PO and PR for the approved offer, ensure that they match all SOP’s then sign and
report to the procurement manager for final approval to ensure the payment to the supplier
through the finance department.
4- Track and follow up for all incoming shipments.
5- Follow up with suppliers to review and approve all shipment documents and review all
required legalizations and provide them with our bank details to send shipping documents.
6- Contact the bank and provide them with all necessary shipping documents, for issuing the
needed forms.
7- Following transfers companies and checking banks swifts.
8- Contact the clearance agents to provide them with all necessary shipping documents to ensure
the delivery of the goods within the required time and without any extra customs fees.
9- Follow up with the customs' clearance agent to ensure timely release and delivery of products
to our warehouse.
10- Contact with warehouse for preparing and receiving of goods.
11- Send Report to Finance department for each shipment with full details to record it.
12- Follow-up of all laws and regulations of import, inside Egypt.
13- Following customs clearance company performance.
