- Follow the freight forwarder and the suppliers to move the shipment on time.
- Follow the shipment (ETA) with the forwarder.
- Follow original document with the suppliers.
- Update the system with the required and actual dates.
- Send clearance order to the clearance agents.
- Make Ministry approval for the chemical shipments.
- Follow the Clearance Agents to collect the delivery order on time.
- Follow the Clearance Agents to clear the shipments on time.
- Pay to the following parts (clearance agent - Forwarder - Supplier).
- Make contracts with (Suppliers - forwarders - clearance agents).
