• Advising stakeholders and translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions.
• Designing, Implementation/Execution of the proposed architectures on the cloud.
• Experience and knowledge of IT operations, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data platform, budgeting, and governance.
• Managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Azure ADconnect, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
• Designed and implemented the migration of on-premises AD and Exchange to Azure AD and Office 365 (hybrid environment).
• Managing Microsoft Infrastructure environment (AD, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, PKI, LAPS).
• Provisioning, managing, and updating of Software and Operating systems to all of desktops (30000) and servers (500) by deploying Applications, Patches, and OS images with System Center Configurations Manager (SCCM).
• Monitoring Availability, and health of all hardware, Applications, Network Devices and creating monitoring views and dashboards with System Center Operations Manager 2016, and Manage Engine IT360.
• Creating automation workflows for processes and tasks using System Center Orchestrator 2016.
• Troubleshooting Microsoft infrastructure and system center environment issues, and upgrade it to latest versions.
• Managing Incidents, change requests, problems, and releases with Manage Engine Help desk system.
• Manage related projects with vendors to assure deliverables and delivery time according to projects’ plan.
•Design, implement, and deliver technology solutions based on assigned function’s vendor products and technologies, such as Microsoft (Windows server, AD infrastructure, HyperV, and System Center family) according to the set project plan and assigned tasks to meet customer business requirements.
