Management of Project by the preparation of necessary plans and the execution of work using detailed shop drawings, as well as the coordination of civil, joinery, and MEP works. Creating precise project requirements and preparing estimates and budgets based on the BOQ. Creating technical reports for the Client and senior management, as well as designing engineering details based on site Conditions. Completing regulatory documents pertaining to safety concerns and coordination with the client/technical team/consultant for the supply of relevant Dewa/Municipality certificates.
