Develop and maintain the basic modules of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, including managing and linking all companies affiliated with the organization, inventory management, customer relationship management, and financial accounting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design and implement new features. Improved system performance and implemented scalability solutions to handle increased data volume and user traffic. Contribute to documenting technical specifications and user guides.
