 Receive the company needs, Supervise and follow the process of direct local purchasing for the urgent daily needs, follow up needed preparation of acquisition proposals, perform Purchase Request Analysis, Negotiate with suppliers, review and check the evaluation of received proposals in regard of technical acceptance, quality, delivery conditions and payment terms, insure of maximum cost saving, Monitor and confirm data are introduced in SAP system and the PO is issued for approval. Supervise, monitor the purchase process after the PO is approved and the required actions to guarantee the conditions and the timetable established to ensure the smooth flow of purchasing process and the best compliance to company's rules. And guarantee fulfillment of the company needs,
 Follow up updating the SAP System with data about the needs of services suppliers, the PO is issued and the copies are sent to superior and the finance area, controlling the payment is done to guarantee the payment to the suppliers services are made according the conditions establish .
 Participate in the weekly meeting with Maintenance Department and Warehouse Section and periodic meetings with other departments to analyze the existing problems, follow up the pending POs, PRs, meet and collaborate with accounting department to control the suppliers payment to ensure that M maintenance and other departments receive the material and service on time also the suppliers receive their payment on time.
 Ensure that any problem related to suppliers such as delayed payment, rejected supplies, and others, is solved and guarantee a good relationship with suppliers.
 Ensure the evaluation of supplier's performance according to company's evaluation criteria and limits of acceptance to guarantee build up company's accepted list of suppliers..
 Perform work Analysis to make continuous improvements, Providing required information and KPI's reports to ensure essential outputs and reports, in order to reflect the efforts done and express the necessary information for the management.
 Ensure that the Quality (i.e. ISO), Safety and Environmental systems are followed to contribute to match and improve levels of quality, environment and safety and to avoid any comments from internal or external committees by matching the actual procedures with the approved purchasing procedures.
