MALKAN reservoir & pump station (NEW EXTENSION OF HOLLY HARAM).

Electrical erection for MV network including the distributor substation, MV cables and step down transformers.
Supervision of electrical erection for LV network including LV cables, distribution boards.

Participated the tendering phase including the technical specification and evaluations of the tender offers.
Review the basic design for electrical drawing and documents against the contract specifications.
Approval the electrical systems shop drawing for construction execution.

Supervision of electrical erection and Commissioning activities in cement mill area and cement mill substation including MV and LV equipment’s.
Prepare and issue the punch list for handover.
ALARISH Cement Plant (GOE). August (2010) - Oct (2011)
Participated the site electrical erection and commissioning activities.
Responsible for erection of ladders, trays cables pulling, termination and cable routing.
Responsible for MV power substation installation (66/11KV). .
Supervision on electrical installation for administration Buildings.
Supervision on electrical installation and Pre-commissioning for the complete electrical network including MV switchgear, step-down transformers, LV panels, motors, variable speed drive.
Sinai cement plant (Cement mill (4)) . February (2010) - July (2010)
Participated erection and commissioning of Sinai cement plant (4th Cement Mill):
Project engineer responsible for basic design and coordination meetings.
Review of electrical drawings, project specification, schedule and subcontractor’s contract.
Responsible for site electrical erection and commissioning activities with FLSmidth for MV/LV equipment.
MISR BENI SUEF cement plant (2nd line). June (2009)-January (2010)
Commissioning of MISR BENI SUEF cement plant (2nd line) with the following activities:
Pre-commissioning and commissioning work with ABB for LV distribution including main distribution boards and motor control center, continuity test and Megger test for all cables, Check all connections and wiring of power and control circuits.
Responsibility for No load and cold run test activities with POLYSIUS for production equipment.
Sinai White Cement Plant (2nd line). July (2008) - May (2009)
Installation and commissioning of Sinai white cement plant with the following activities:
Evaluation and supervision site activities and time schedule progress.
Prepare and issue the punch list.
Electrical erection activities in cement mill area and cement mill Substation including MV network (substation switchgear, MV cables, MV motors and MV/LV step down transformers)
Erection the of Arabian Cement Plant ACC (1st line). June (2007) - June (2008)
Participated supervision on erection of Ramliya cement plant with the following activities:
Ensure the installation and execution of Low Voltage Equipment’s such as Panel Boards, erection of ladders, trays, Cable pulling, grounding/lightning system indoor and outdoor lighting system corresponds the international standards.
Supervision on cables pulling, termination and cable routing for MV cables.

Participated in commissioning of AMCC (line one) revamping with the following activities:

Contributes in the designing and drawing for Elkhameal city and the police hospital ministry of interior
