1- Prepare and developing the Project Execution Plan.
2- Ensure that the construction is carried out with the required project specification, approved drawing, approved materials and method statements
3- Managing site resources and ensuring adequate staffing and manpower.

14- Discuss V.O. with consultant to get additional cost time.
15- Coordinate and chair weekly project meetings with the owner, consultant and contractor for each project under his package.
16- Shop drawing and coordination drawings, Electrical calculations and verifications, approval materials
17- Ensure all certificates, as built drawings and final inspections have been obtained prior to project closeout.
18- Monitor Consultant’s performance to ensure procedures are followed for expediting review and approval of shop drawings, other technical submittals.
19- Review capabilities of Contractor’s Subcontractors and suppliers and perform off site inspections as necessary to determine suitability
20- Manages execution of project site activities according to plan
21- Receives and reviews site reports from subcon. Compiles site reports for Management
22- Select suitable electrical components and equipment for a new building.
23- Fine alternative and equivalent materials
1- Review, verify and redesign Electrical IFC (MEP Packages) based on IEC, ICAO Regulations and FAA.
2- Specification analysis and check the compatibility and availability in the markets
3- Coordinating between MEP activities and civil works
4- Make shop drawings, construction details, and support procurement people
5- Reviewing methods statements in order to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.
6- Ensuring that all civil obstructions have been cleared to MEP contractor to proceed with MEP activities.
7- Engage with authority at beginning of project to insure that all temporary utilities (power and water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of project to ensure disconnection of utility services.
8- Coordination & attending meetings with subcontractors, contractor and consultants & client & supplier.
9- Monitoring of work as per specification, local, & international standard & codes.

10- Applying all the testing & commissioning of MEP services.
11- Create MEP plan schedule as per the contract requirements
12- Create plan for cash flow as per the company strategy
