•Prepare the monthly report starting from sales for each Store and department through the G.M till operating profit.
•Sales Analysis with all variances reports (Mix, Price, Volume) & Sales Tree.
•Prepare the monthly statements aligned with ratio analysis compared with Budget & LY.
•Control the OPEX on monthly basis against Budget
•Work on the “Inventory” KPIs (EDS, Concrete, Overstock, Recovery Index… etc.)& the Logistics KPI.
•Arrange the Man-Power Budget aligned with Man-Power committee based on Productivity & Working Hours ( Fixed & Variable Hours)
•CAPEX & Feasibility studies for potential projects
•Marketing Campaigns ROI & follow up through vitality reports.
•Arrange the Weekly & Monthly performance presentation to the BOD.
•Prepare the monthly report starting from sales for each market and Category through the G.M till operating profit.
•Allocation of O.H for each SKU “Using ABC technique”.
•The Monthly Reports that reflect the growth to last year and the achievement of the budget for each market & categories with all the causal analysis (Volume, Price & Mix).
•Financial statement preparation “Balance Sheet - Cash Flow” with Ratio analysis.
•Marketing analysis per activity (ATL, BTL) and per categories.
•Arrange to open new products & Mix and put its standard rates.
•Prepare presentations (Financial & other modules).
•Receiving the budget estimates from all the departments of the organization and critically examining them for correctness, accuracy and completeness.
•Monitoring the budget throughout the year.
•Direct materials warehouse control.
•Direct Sales Coordinator.
•Purchasing cost controller.
•Journal entries for monthly closing (Direct Materials, Direct Labors, Factory Overhead, WIP and Finished Goods).
•Cost Sheet preparation and analysis per unit and cost center.
•Actual vs. Standard cost analysis reports.
•Handling with the supply chain Dept. the RBM.
•Fixed Assets Record Keeping.
•Prepare the forecasting modules to predict all the income statements elements based on the sales budget
•Cash flow statement preparation
•Cap-ex Budget collection from the departments.
•Coordinate and control the initialize of the Cap-Ex during the year
•Non Routine Decision Support by issuing Feasibility studies for potential projects
•Accident, inventory, fire, Marine Claims
•Landed Cost for foreign goods
- Supported Programs in Americana: JDE & Oracle
** Beside the works needed in month closing in addition to quarter closing requirements
(Inventory Control, Transit Accounts, Non Stock Accounts, Cash flow budget & Actual, L.C Accounts & Preparing the Year end statements “P&L” “B.S” Year end budget...)

* All Banking Operation (In addition Spot & Forward rates)
* Taxes adjustments (Salary Tax, Stamp Tax, and Sales Tax).
* Exp. allocations
* Local Payment
