Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to control productivity and future planning to maximize productivity according to work flow planned.
• Study factory operations to develop operation strategies and/or machinery development “upgrades - calibrations” to minimize time and increase efficiency.
• Started, created and leading a product development strategy to ensure the product meets the standards, and created a development plan for future for the full products portfolio.
• Testing Product Design and development using software, create models and test assembly and efficiency of the model. Contact suppliers to create required samples.
• Build Relationship with suppliers, distributers and sign agreements and contracts.
• Study cost of production (operation cost +raw material +waste) and plan future pricing strategy.

Accomplishments:
• Earlier in 2015, 2016 Created the product series from design preview to manufacture drawings.
• In June 2019 launched a new factory in Sadat City. (Managing construction of the factory - installing the machinery - designing required dies - dealing with subcontractors - hiring staff - create contracts with suppliers) in two months we were ready for production.
• In July 2019 Created a long term contracts with subcontractors for raw materials.
• In October 2019 Planned and executed to increase the production rate from 500 to 1500 Point.
• In September 2020 got ISO 9001 certificate for our factory.
• In October 2020 Planned to Relocate our factory to a bigger one also in Sadat. I have managed to Relocate all machinery in 5 working days.
• In April 2020 Reached 3000 Manufacture Point.
• 2019 to 2021 executed more than 50 projects in Egypt and abroad with QBAR brand, and more than 50 projects in Egypt with DKC as a sister company.
Responsibilities:
• Managed implementation of new technological improvements resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
• Develop suggestions for technical Product improvements to optimize manufacturing and features.
• Study Factory Work considering the limitation of Cost - Quality - Time - Scope. Factory work include labour assignment - labour hour calculation - accelerating production process with the best quality.
• Develop work-flow charts and diagrams to ensure production team compliance with client deadlines. Along with designing a Microsoft Project Templates for the Factory to calculate production Rates and Delivery schedules.
• Provide the laborers with the required training on manufacturing of new products and Monitor the manufacture of electrical busways to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Applied principles of electrical theory to advance and improve product development and efficiency.
• Set project timelines and keep teams on task to complete milestones according to schedule regarding technical office team, installation team and production team.
• Independently designed and executed Installation and products catalogues and Preparing seminars and presentation for old and new products.
