-Periodical maintenance for the following units:
. Waukesha Gas Engine Model 275 GL+ (ESM, HMI, PDB, NCM, IPM-D units
throttle, bypass, wastegate actuators and harnesses
IMAP, IMAT, crank, cam, boost pressure, bearing and coolant temperature, vibration, NOX sensors)
. Superior Compressor Model WG76 (PLC AB-Thermocouple-vibration, NDFT sensors -level switch)
. Ajax Compressor Model DPC-2803 LE-EH-1) (TTD, TDX MURPHY)
. Gas Engines Model GV222TI from Doosan company for electrical generator MECC ALTE company (Emcon5-Varistep-SICES controller-AVR-Zero Governor)
-Responsible for operate in synchronization six gas and one diesel generators also their maintenance
-Monitoring the (gas-diesel) generator performance and troubleshooting
-Responsible for operate and maintenance the following units
Gas burner unit for hot oil system (RIELLO Model RS 800/M FS1- ASCON X3 controller)
Air booster, Air compressor, Nitrogen unit, Air Dryer (AIR company, ESS company -AIR logic controller)
Safety and confined flare units (UVISOR flame scanner - Flame detector BRAHMA)
The electrical motor for fans and pumps (soft starter (Lovato) and star delta starter- -DRPT overload relay)
-Electrical heater control troubleshooting (CD3000-E Thyristor controller- temperature controller FUJI PXR)
-Develop and design electrical control systems for oil and gas plant equipment
-water vessel level controller (VEGAMET level controller- VEGASWING level switch)
-Oil and water pump controller (Zelio plc - Lovato soft starter-current monitoring relay PMA30)
-Draw and read electrical and mechanical schematics drawings
-Earthing system network installation and loop test
-Coordinate maintenance work with other sections (mechanical and process)
-Troubleshoot all electrical systems and make recommendations for upgrades, repairs, maintenance, etc. -Conduct daily inspections on all systems and report any potential issues.
-Write routine reports and handover
-wiring and connection for electrical equipment (control, power) panel
-Install, test, and repair (plant-accommodation-caravans-workshops-stores) light, power and control system.
-Ability to fabricate cable tray and cable trunking (elbow-angle)
-Disconnecting and removing motors, and responding to emergencies
-Obtain measurements and readings using electrical and mechanical testing instruments, including
Digital and analogue multi meters, meggers, earth resistance meter, druck calibrator.
-Ability to operate and adjust PID (pneumatic and electrical) controller
-Pneumatic, electrical and smart transmitters (level-pressure-flow-differential) calibration
-Thermocouple and RTD transmitter calibration and wiring
-Ability to understand PID and PFD process drawing
