Responsible for: Employee life cycle starting from selection to exit Act as the link between management and employees Develop and maintain employee files, documents and databases Responsible for New hire, renewal and resignation process Dealing with social insurance and labor offices. Insurance office Forms 1, 2 and 6 Employee penalty through circle in firm and money of penalty Sick Money for Employee Developing procedures and standers in working Involved in the day to day running of the HR office Receiving attendance and other relevant data (absences, leave and deductions ) monitor employee performance appraisal Employee Requests, HR letters (responsible for 1200 employee) Prepare Human Resources Reports and statistical reports Represent and Attending job fairs and any related events.
