- Prepare a revised schedule loaded with the project budget, required resources, and narrative report including
manpower and equipment histograms using Primavera P18.
- Update schedule on weekly basis to monitor progress using Primavera P18.

Delivery Pipe Lines with a total length of 29 km: 1400 mm, 1200 mm, 1000 mm & 800 mm.
Intake: Supply & Erection of intake raw water pump to transfer 500K m3/day to the
booster pump station.
Booster: Supply & Erection of pumps to transfer 500K m3/day from Booster pump station
to the water treatment plant site.
Project: Abu-Oweikal’ Water Purification Plant & pipelines 500, 000 m3/day
Client: Construction Authority for Potable Water and Wastewater(CAPW)
IN ADDITION TO PREVIOUS RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Update schedule on weekly basis to monitor progress using Primavera P17.7.

- Review Daily reports and compare them with look-ahead schedules.
- Review and assess baseline schedule and updated schedule based on DCMA-14 points using Primavera P17.7.
- Review Weekly and Monthly reports and check the KPI's generated by the main contractor.
- Prepare Monthly schedule for the client and the sponsor with KPI's from consultant point of view.

- Collect data from site and monitor performance rates.

- Collect data from site and prepare daily reports and update the schedule using these data.
- Prepare 15-days look-ahead schedule using Primavera P6.8.2 for weekly meetings.
- Prepare monthly progress reports contained the updated schedule, all required earned value KPI's, S-curves, resources narrative report and photographic reports.
- Use earned value tool for monitoring performance without using Primavera P6.8.2.
- Prepare presentation for monthly progress meetings, and coordinate with my colleagues from Hitachi and OTV to issue the final updated schedule and monthly progress presentation.
