Client's Representative, Construction Project Manager,
Project Planning & Management: Managing project activities and handling the complete cycle of project management through planning, starting from feasibility study, design development, review of Architectural, Structural & MEP Concept Design aimed at efficiency optimization project execution & handing over, In line with the direction of the real estate market and project budget and the application of government standards.
Contract Management: Evaluating & executing contracting works and coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients, preparing the tender specifications & finalization of requirements. Liaising with consultants on determining technical and contractual matters tracking project progress.
Team Management: Coordinating manpower planning for competency building for implementation of new projects. Responsible for team building and providing effective leadership to realize the potential of every member of the team for delivering quantifiable results.
Supervising all construction activities:
* providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management.
* Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
*Reviewing architectural working drawings, engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates for change orders, review & analyzing contractor's change order proposals,
*Advising client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of .
