•Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software such as PRIMAVERA (P6) /Ms Projects
•Project Time Management, scheduling: Development of Base Line Schedule & service orders plans using Planning Software.
•Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information.
•Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
•Understand various projects’ WBS structure, and work with management and project /maintenance team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.
•Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required for all Wafra’s power & automation projects.
•Monitoring projects’ progress and preparing management monthly reports.
•Preparation of recovery program to catch up delays.
•Over all management financial & physical work progress reporting, including monthly financial progress & yearly financial closures.
•Participate in all meetings, and follow up action items with each concerned party ( i.e schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting).
•Invoicing some EPC and maintenance projects base on mile store progress or work orders completions, following up with clients until receiving payments.
•Preparing monthly over time analysis and controlling payments against overtime amounts charged to client.
•Conducting regular scheduled accommodation audits along with the safety team to make sure all matches of applying client’s requirements and conditions.
Duties and responsibly:
Project management, Quality, planning & Business improvement:
• Handling, planning and managing parallel projects, to improve business, productivity and efficiency.
• Managing projects in terms of resources, time & scope. Supervising the project teams and managing coordination within the different departments.
• Planning projects with coordination with other departments, monitoring the progress of each project, reporting and notifying the concerned parties for any corrective plans.
• Process mapping and re-engineering business processes and work flows to improve efficiency.
• Assessing process strengths and weaknesses, and recommend process improvements with emphasis on quality, time and reduction of errors, and eliminating non-value adding activities.
• Setting up the layout and processes for new services.
• Handling Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) responsibilities.
• Documenting & creating the Operational Procurers Manual for the Operation Department.
• Handling customers’ complaints: Investigation of complaints to find out weakness points and mistakes, to correct them and to create/ modify procedures and policies to assure satisfactory service in future. Looking in depth into customer complaints and analyzing customer satisfaction surveys.
• Working on KPIs (key performance indicators), helping the company and Operation Dept. to define and evaluate performance in terms of making progress towards the long-term organizational goals. Analyzing KPI’s and suggesting methods for improving staff operational efficiency and productivity to reduce waste of time and resources.
• Implementing Reward and recognition system to spread Total quality management (TQM) philosophy in the organization and promote a wider awareness and acceptance of TQM across the organization.
• Taking part in implementing integrated system (ERP) Enterprise Recourse planning.
