I'm responsible for :
1- Act as a first point contact for both internal and external customers wishing to contact the manager/ to ensure that they receive calls/correspondence which they have to personally deal with.
2-Drafts correspondence and memos for senior manager's signature; utilizes word processing and graphics software to format and generate various materials.
