- Requesting and ordering all spare parts for Jordan office.
- CSN, Pavilion (Laptop, PCs, servers, LCD’s And Printer Claim Control).
- Responsible for all operations and inventory of all Emitac warehouses, including managing and reporting inventory and supply chain records, solving customer problems.
- Assists with hiring, training, and management of staff.
Spear Part Sales and after-sales coordinator.
- The main contact person with the engineering department and technicians and supplying those departments with spear parts.
- Coordinating and managing the relationship with Dubai head office regarding troubleshoots and spar part supply.
- Handling and coordinating all faulty parts with part claims department.
- Handling and coordinating requests from Jordan parts warehouse and suppliers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Manage customers' and corporate accounts.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Under general supervision of the Sales Manager, administrative assistant will perform and be responsible for all planning, coordination and administrative tasks relating to sales in the showroom.
- Selling and processing orders, maintaining the accuracy of the Orders.
- Independently create and maintain databases and filing systems.
- Excellent customer service skills

- Heavy telephone volume, and supervision of clerical staff.
