Brilliant Engineering is an engineering services contractor company specialized in field of Industrial Ventilation Systems, Cooling Towers, Central Conditioning Systems, Duct Work and Piping, Adaptations, central & discrete acts of tin, insulation & packaging even for private business or commercial industrial installations... etc. Finally in the filtration solutions field especially in Dust Collectors.
All jobs during main shutdowns . working on all plant equipment's .lead groups of technicians and workers to perform jobs. assure safety procedures .Manpower control. scheduling. work at CAP Projects and technical evaluation for contractors.
Acting as site manager during big projects. applying SOP Procedures .
The shut down activities on the group plants.
• Make Site survey before Shut down.
• Make the shut down plan as activities and time frame.
• Check spare parts and purchase request for equipment's.
• Identify the organization involve the engineers, manpower and tools required.
• Provide the daily and progress follow up reports.
• Attend the shut down meeting.
• Follow up the safety of work area and man power safety commitments.
• Check and follow up the shut down activities.
• Check the quality of jobs.
• Check the project drawings and plan schedule.
• Check the contract progress.
• Check all comments on work and provide recommendation.
• Provide the daily and progress follow up reports.
• Check the quality of jobs
