- Develop and roll out QA/QC procedures and guidelines
- Support compliance to and support application of facilities quality management standards and processes.
- Proactively coordinate quality management and control activities for facilities related activities on assets
and projects.
- Contribute to driving an incident free environment through establishing and maintaining a strong safety
culture.
- Support OPMP assurance activities across the BU for the Facilities Quality Discipline.
- Responsible compliance with Company standards and procedures .
- Ensure appropriate non-PMP (e.g. Maintenance) assurance activities across the BU for the facilities quality
management.
- Ensure that all Quality management and control activities are done with appropriate segregation of
execution responsibilities.
- Ensure that BU resources are identified to support facilities quality management and control activities
across BUS.
- Establish and develop a facilities quality management network in the BU
- Audit results testing compliance to processes owned by the discipline.
- Rollout food safety and quality systems to the plant and Distribution Centers teams.
- Responsible for log , acknowledge, investigation and resolution complaints within strict timescales of all customers .
- Establish customer complaints data base and quarter customer complaints analysis supported with root cause and CA/PA and ensure CA/PA implementation with concerned department . - Liaise with all levels of management throughout the sales, production and customer service, including clients and tenants.
- Monitor all potential claims ensuring minimal financial impact to the branch and company. - Confirm and Update product regulatory compliance to : FDA, EU Directive, Reach…Etc.
- Prepare and communicate with Sales, customer service and Customers against any product regulatory concern, declaration and Certificate also Answer and fills up customer questionnaires .
- Responsible for customer satisfaction improvement, conduct customer satisfaction survey and present survey analysis report during management review meeting.
- Supervise pest control activity and Liaise with service company to ensure all pest control activity as per AIB/BRC requirements .
- Establish weekly /monthly/quarterly pest control analysis supported with root cause and CA/PA and ensure its implementation and efficiency .
- Provide initial and ongoing trainings regarding quality tools, GMP's and personnel hygiene to the entire plant employees and validate plant compliance.
- Conduct internal audits in the plant frequently and assure related corrective actions are completely and accurately executed in a timely manner.
- Arrange and adjust company's annual target for food safety & QMS .
- Report on a monthly basis status of quality systems and food safety measures to the Top Management through CAP and scorecards.
- Develop/review all documents required by AIB international standards & BRC standard concerning quality systems and food safety and follow up on their applications.
- Follow the AIB& BRC standards for quality systems and food safety through frequent auditing, corrective action plans and constant follow up in plant and Distribution Centers.
- Lead QMS, BRC and FSSC implementation
1-Food safety(HACCP) team member .
2- Audit team member.
3-Assure that all products produced by our branch and other branches tracking our quality and our specifications .
4-Receiving all raw materials included in production process according to the procedures and frequency specified and sampling plan in the PI Quality Manual and Kore requirement .
5-Responsible for applying, updating and revising (food safety, calibration, SPC, traceability programmmes) involved it’s (SOP, Work aids, formats, …….etc.) according to KORE requirement and the PI Quality Manual Procedures and required specifications .
6-Lead lines sanitation(CIP) and deep cleaning duties as needed and ensures proper sanitation and cleaning of production lines and follow up and assure the completion and result of the required microbiology tests by the Microbiologist to assure the efficiency and validity of sanitation procedures before start up and during production .
7-Running proportioning equipment (mixers) and maintaining accurate records.
8-Monitors and records Brix, CO2 and net content as required and make proper adjustment as necessary to ensure product quality within Coca Cola specifications and assure the completion and result of the required microbiology test by the Microbiologist on each sampled product according to the procedures and frequency specified in the PI Quality Manual and Kore requirement .
9-Monitor bottle washer performance and quality parameters to ensure returnable bottles proper cleaning and sanitation.
10-Monitor visual inspectors(ASEBI) efficiency to ensure foreign matters elimination.
11-Test finished product and final package produced by our branch and other branches for quality parameters. Analyze and respond to results as needed. Initiate root cause analysis with team members to identify and implement corrective action.
12-Use analytical instrumentation such as Carbo-QC, Denstometer, pH meter, Torque tester, secure seal tester, Burst tester, stress cracking tester, perpendicularity tester, etc .
1-dealing with customers, solve their problems.
2- installing and configuring computer systems.
3- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
4- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults.
5-Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
6-Supporting new applications and setting up new users.
7- Always updated in latest technologies.
