Working History:
Part of one of the biggest shipping lines on the world “Evergreen Line” as Export & Sales Manager and now as Deputy Executive Manager, following QIZ (Qualified Industrial Zone Factories) in the Jordanian market, plus, arranging their shipments up to Aqaba port from their main destinations.
Also I have excellent experience on land trucking business to Iraq through supervision many shipments to Iraq. I have full knowledge and experience on export & import shipments process and procedures as Im handling both departments business. During my experience in Naouri Group I worked for 2 years as supportive for the 2nd carrier in NG group HMM Line
Responsible for:
The official line representative in Amman as I responsible to do yearly meeting between our head office managers & main VIP client at our country.
Checking documentations of the cargos; official signing for the Evergreen OBL.
Planning & managing transportation, sales activities & customer service issues.
Direct contact with line top MGT and responsible for all yearly target setting plans
Arranging export cargo to all over the world
Handing all correspondences and organizing contact between Evergreen head office & our sales and operation team members.
Talking, progressing and monitoring orders
Full knowledge about all shipping procedures and other shipping lines systems
Prepare monthly & quarterly plan for sales department & export team.
Communicate with clients & suppliers to ensure the right work flow
Part on one of the biggest shipping lines on the world “Evergreen & HMM” Shipping Line, as Sales & Logistics manager for the import & export shipments and following QIZ (Qualified Industrial Zone Factories) in the Jordanian market, plus, arranging their shipments up to Aqaba port from their main destinations. Also I have excellent experience on land trucking business to Iraq through supervision many shipments to Iraq. Before joining the Sales Department I had working in export department in the company, thus, I have full knowledge and experience on export shipments process and procedures.
I have knowledge of importing & forwarding through my relation with all freight forwarders in Jordan.
Responsible for:
• Arranging export cargo to all over the world
• Checking documentations of the cargos; issuing bill of ladings
• Handing all correspondences and organizing contact between the sales executives and their customers
• Talking, progressing and monitoring orders
• Full knowledge about all shipping procedures and other shipping lines systems
• Prepare monthly & quarterly plan for sales department
• Communicate with clients & suppliers to insure the right work flow
• Conduct different specializes reports and analysis on weekly, monthly and yearly bases presents strengths and weaknesses point within the company and market, declaring specific recommendations to improve the general performance
• Lead projects to meet deadlines
• Responsible for the security, confidentiality and integrity, of all information assets within my responsibilities in accordance with the company’s information security policies
• Responsible for managing the loading of vehicles, completed stock and load bay areas.
• Planning and scheduling the delivery of goods and cargoes.
• Completing and filing compliance documentation for import, export and supply chain security.
