Preparing daily reports about all site activities to the Senior Resident Engineer.
Review & comment on main contractor submitted Materials, method statements for civil work activities such as but not limited to (Concreting, earth work, water proofing, tiling, plastering, joinery)
Review & comment on main contractor submitted as built drawings.
Coordination & follow up with other departments such as but not limited to (Landscape, interior, Architects)
Ensure QA/QC project procedures are strictly followed by main contractor.
Issue Site Instruction & Non Compliance Reports for the main contractor
Coordination with Authorities such as (DM, TRAKHEES, Nakheel & EHS)
Attending site progress meetings & preparing minutes of meetings.
Review & approve contractor payments.
Approval for mock-ups, samples and prototypes made by main contractor.

Ensure QA/QC project procedures are strictly followed by main contractor.
Issue Site Instruction & Non Compliance Reports for the main contractor.
Project Establishment, following design approval with authorities and arranging all meetings with all related parties.
Project engineering schedules and forecasts.
Liaising with Authorities (DM, CED, TECOM, Silicon Oasis Authority), Clients, Consultants & project management Team.
Review & reply to clients/consultants letters, prepare bill of quantities, payment certificate & variation orders.
Project completion and handing over to client and obtaining building completion certificate from related authority.
Deep knowledge in all types of shoring systems secant Piles, contiguous piles, CFA, soldier piles, sheet piles & diaphragm walls.
Deep knowledge in all types of piling systems (Tension & compression Piles.) & all types of slope stability systems.
Deep knowledge in all types of piles load tests.
Plan & arrange all required equipments, manpower & material for various projects.
Ensure & monitor that QA/QC project procedures are strictly implemented as per projects specification.
Attending site weekly progress meetings of various project with all related parties.
Sites supervision & coordination with consultants.
Arranging all required material to complete the projects.
Deign of deep foundation with different type in diameters and lengths (cast in situ bored piles, driven piles, piles caps and capping beams, Continuous Flight Auger)
Design of shoring system (Contiguous Board pile wall, Secant Board pile wall, Solider Piles Diaphragm walls, Sheet pile walls, Soil nail walls, Anchors/Tiebacks, Strutting and Bracing Support.
Preparation of new construction tasks’ method statements.
Preparation of test reports prior to submit to clients.
Checking all new drawings details prior to submit to clients.
Ensure QA/QC project procedures are strictly followed by the site engineers.
Pricing & preparing contract agreements for clients.
