Senior Account Executive (April 2014 to present)

* Engagement in projects: During my work in Four Communications, I worked with various high profile clients from which I gained experience in the following fields: * The Wave Muscat: assisting the client in their CSR project (Support of fishermen society) by organizing the events, media coverage for the various activities in the development.
* Almouj Golf: Providing media follow-up for the internal golf championships and tournaments and contributing in publishing the monthly newsletter for the club members.
* Saraya Bandar Jissah: mainly in branding, working as a link between the client and the creative teams in London office, besides media coverage of the company's CSR projects and the administration of their social media pages.
* GlassPoint: I was a member in the media campaign held for the announcement of the Earnest and Young report about the Enhanced Oil Recovery Technology using Solar Energy and its benefits for the Sultanate's Economy and it achieved huge success according to the client who expressed satisfaction for the global outreach of the campaign.
* Holiday Inn Muscat - Al Seeb: I took part in the launch campaign of the new hotel by inviting and receiving our media partners to cover the event and preparing the press kit for the reporters. The campaign was widely published and the client was satisfied of the regional outreach of the campaign.
* I gained experience in observing and sending daily media monitoring for clients, preparing media coverage trackers and booklets and media coverage analysis (monthly, quarterly and annually basis)
* I created my own up-to-date media contact list with a lot of local and regional relationships and a wide network of contacts in all means of media (TV, Radio, Newspapers, Magazines, wires etc.)
* I was responsible for arranging TV and radio coverage for the various events and arranging interviews with official from the various institutions I worked with.
* I acquired knowledge in preparing annual event calendars for institutions and assisting in strategic PR plans.
* I acquired knowledge on dealing with marketing metrics relevant to number of circulation, readership, Advertising Value Equivalency (AVE), web page traffic, reader's interactions with news (likes, dislikes, comments), news placement and coverage tone.

3. The Research Council
Media Specialist, (February 2012 - September 2013)
• I was responsible for supervising the council's radio program broadcasted on Oman Radio by coordinating with the guest researchers for interviews and ensuring the quality of the material (52 episodes)
• Providing media coverage for the various events of the research council in Arabic and English including (workshops, conferences, seminars, meetings)
• I participated in the publication of various TRC publications in Arabic and English (including brochures, pamphlets, periodical bulletin, and annual report)
• I was responsible of updating and feeding the TRC website, internal portal, and TRC social media pages (on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
• Undertaking administrative assignments aiming at highlighting the role of the council and cooperating with other government departments in various fields.
• Producing documentary films about TRC and filming the various events of TRC.
Reporter and translator (full-time) (February 2011 to January 2012)
• Instant translation of Arabic text from many varied sources given by journalists and editors.
• Translating and making phone calls in Arabic and English to news sources and Oman News Agency.
• Preparing briefs in English from Arabic news websites and forums about the important news stories of the day.
• Analysing Arabic language, Omani newspapers and providing interesting stories and topics to be published in the daily.
