•Coordinating with World Bank focal point, and with the related Palestinian ministries and institutions in order to maintain a proper follow-up mechanism and the necessary financial reference documents related to the replenishment.
•Preparing bank reconciliation statements for replenishment's purpose.
•Participate in the preparation process of the procurement plans for the beneficiary ministries/institutions.
•Coordinate with the all Palestinian Universities, which occupies major component under the ESSP, with regards to identifying their major procurement elements, and assisting them in the disbursement process.
•Financial management of the Project’s special accounts through which funds for the ministries and municipalities are disbursed.
•Coordinate with the Financial Officer to maintain constant control of the financial status of the project, and produce periodic financial reports related to the project development.
