Master Production Scheduler leader for finished product in Laundry and Hair Care Supply Planning Department. (Master Production Schedule (MPS) is a plan for production, staffing, inventory, maintenance, commissioning, etc. It is usually linked to manufacturing where the plan indicates when and how much of each product will be demanded. Plan and prepare daily production schedules for manufacturing. Draw-up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. Plan and schedule work-flow for each resources and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. Consult with department supervisors to determine status of assigned tasks. Prepare production reports and performance beside the analytical studies. Reconcile customer demand with manufacturing. Enable rapid response to changing requirements. Assess manufacturing capacities, inventory levels, current orders and desired service levels. Utilize SAP to support advanced automatic
