1. I managed to complete an overhaul for all machines and ancillary services parts after 10 years suspend (refrigeration systems, screw air compressors, pumps, electric motors……).
2. Developed periodic and corrective maintenance schedules for all machines and ancillary departments parts and implementing it.
1. Implemented calibrations and maintenance on the entire production line.
2. Trained staff on how to perform the required calibrations and solve problems that arise during work and explained the mechanisms of the corrugated line.
3. Because of my administrative and technical experience gained, I could to recommend plant improvement strategies.
4. The staff has been trained on the 6-sigma system.
2- Assembling glass production lines in cooperation with Chinese experts, so I got familiarity of installing the following products - Pipes, fittings, flanges and valves.
3- Observing gauges, dials, switches, and alarms, and other indicators to ensure that all machines are working properly.
4- Applying QA/QC standards on production process to obtain products that conform to specifications.
1- Assembling new machines in cooperating with technicians.
2- Maintenance broken machines.
