Hold the key position in the manufacturing department and responsibility for overall module performance and capability building throughout the organization.

Develop annual operation plan based on the supply map.

Manage operation and engineering teams to support troubleshooting of machines breakdown and analyze downtime to meet production schedule and cost target.

Assist and coach to raise production team capability by leading the implementation of all IWS pillars (AM, PM, FI, Safety, Quality and Org.)

Develop department PDCA cycle and assess cultural change progress and capability building.
-
Overhaul PQCDSM and daily management systems to turn around operational excellence measures from worst to top performing.
-
Production planning and SKU sequencing with supply network team.
-
Report all results with a clear gap analysis for all deviations and a proper action plan.
-
Manage the material utilization team across the department.

Manage all projects executed across the plant including facilities projects and line related initiatives.

Responsible for managing all capital spending.
-
Review and report monthly plant manufacturing expenses in a weekly basis.
-
Manage overall site master plan in terms of expansion.
-
Responsible for controlling all fixed assets across the plant.
-
Responsible for managing utilities yearly maintenance plan and improvement master plan.
-
Leading a process engineers’ team to monitor all processes related to the manufacturing.

Overall owner of the Integrated Working System program, responsible for ensuring all pillars are healthy and properly integrated in the business.

Defining the site long term strategic goals, vision & key enablers to achieve the business goal.

Conduct regular reviews with all pillars’ teams (Safety, Quality, AM, PM, FI & Org).
-
Responsible for the education of the site leaders on the IWS tools.
-
Health check on the Daily Direction Setting cycle to ensure priorities setting.
-
Analyzing department results, evaluating findings and ensure actions cover all root causes.
Owner of Material Utilization on diapers dep, responsible to track materials consumption.
-
Analysis raw material consumption on each production line.
-
Ensure the accuracy of pick-up and delivery of raw materials.
-
Ensure that the consumed raw materials for each SKU match the Bill of Material.
-
Deliver Dep. scrap and raw material waste analysis to the operation manager monthly.
-
Coordinate and support all raw materials cost saving projects.

Leading a specific category and ensuring that operational targets are met through the optimization of production processes.

Lead teams through a Daily Direction Setting cycle to set priorities and plan.
-
Increase line crew awareness about Safety & Quality as priority.
-
Follow & apply the problem-solving tools for defining Root Causes/Root Actions.

Responsible for delivering the KPIs—including but not limited to Safety, Quality, Production, Cost, Delivery, and Morale.

Coordinate spare parts process with our dealers to ensure maximum level of services and parts availability.

Prepare Bi-monthly Aged BO report to dealers and AS logistics team.
-
Prepare Backorder ETA report by following up our shipments’ status to help our dealers.
-
Work closely with the Inventory Controller to determine the urgent requirements.
-
Provide dealers with spare parts’ availability and estimated time of availability.
-
Follow up Finance dep. for each dealer’s financial statement.
