* Yas Acres - Abu Dhabi, UAE:
Mixed use community by ALDAR located on the northern part of Yas Island. Was involved in:
- Connection Ramp to E12 Expressway: Responsible for pre-concept options and concept design package in line with DOT traffic and geometric design requirements.
- Existing 2x2 Carriageway Upgrade: Existing dual carriageway upgrade to 3x3 road and centerline shifting pre-concept options to meet TIS and Abu Dhabi walking and Cycling Master plan requirements.
* Al Falah stage 4 - Abu Dhabi, UAE:
Roads network located in Al Falah residential area including existing roads upgrade. Scope included signalized intersections and roundabouts horizontal and vertical design, grading, signage and marking
* Al Jazira City Center - Abu Dhabi, UAE:
Located in Abu Dhabi city Center by MAJID AL FUTTAIM properties, responsible for parking circulation layouts, Entrances, signage, and signalized intersection upgrade
*Shams The Bridges Phase 2 - Abu Dhabi, UAE:
Located in Al Reem Island. Responsible for preparing detailed design package layouts, signage, swept path analysis, and finished surface grading.
*Yas South Development - Abu Dhabi, UAE:
Mixed use community on Yas Island spread over an area of 106.4HA. Responsible for Preparation of
Highway package in line with local standards and safety audit requirements, Support for ITS design in
terms of signals allocation and proposed ducts, BIM Coordination, and clash resolution.
* study and upgrade existing junctions within Study Area 2- Sanaiya District - Al Ain, UAE:
Nine signalized junctions in Al Ain Sanaiya area. Responsible for detailed stage vertical design which
provides proper drainage, minimum construction cost, minimum additional load above existing structure, and
proper tie in with the existing ground. In addition to pavement layouts for various overlay thicknesses.
* Jumeirah Open Beach External Junctions - Dubai, UAE:
Upgrading of existing signalized junctions in Jumeirah road. Responsible for Preparing horizontal layout to
match the existing conditions and satisfy traffic requirements along with vertical design and junction grading
taking into consideration the feasibility of upgrading and existing geometric constraints.
* Jumeirah Group Traffic Impact Study - Dubai, UAE:
Traffic Impact study of existing major junctions. Responsible for Providing valid junction upgrading options
from geometric design perspective, Parking circulation studies and Event management scenarios.
* Mugharag Port, Abu Dhabi, UAE:
Located in Abu Dhabi western region. Responsible for Preparing concept layout options for the masterplan
of the port with specific requirements for large vehicles and traffic circulation options.
* Zulal Resort and Spa - Doha, Qatar:
A Spa Destination, with an associated five-star family resort hotel on the northern tip of the Qatar.
Responsible for Preparation of site grading which includes multiple buildings, walls, camel tracks, buggy
tracks and water lagoons.
