As HRIS Payroll & HCM Consultant I have two main key responsibilities as the following: -
1- Payroll & HRIS Business Process Roles and Tasks: -
• Responsible for all aspects of the Payroll Process with our clients, Also, assist the Paymasters to perform all payroll operations.
• Procced with monthly or weekly payroll whether salaries or hourly payroll.
• Manage and assist the Paymasters with the Pay Runs.
• Explain, help, and guide the Paymasters with the calculations of taxes or even tax reconciliation as well as the social insurance calculations, in addition Helping end users to close the annual payroll and taxes reconciliation.
• Procced with Timesheets calculations for overtime and short time with the impacts on payroll, in additions the leaves and their impact on the employees’ payroll.
• Assist Paymasters with the payroll cycle systematically and manually through excel to reviewing the payroll until bank transfer.
• Examine and verify the accuracy of all payroll process, in additions to ensure the accuracy of calculations for payroll.
• The accuracy of HCM System in the payroll calculations and the integration with other modules such as (Personnel, Timekeeping, Benefits, Leaves, others). And answering all the payroll questions such as net payroll calculation, taxes, insurance, overtime, etc.
• Assisting with the cost centres to post the salaries to JV, and the integration with accounting system.
• Assist the Personnel with tracking the employees’ leaves & vacation, over & short time as well the permissions.
• Deliver training to clients’ employees (HR/Payroll End users to carry out their daily operations) and Prepare training material.
• Assist the end users with the daily operations of other modules such as workflow, Benefits, Timekeeping, Leaves, Payroll, Performance Appraisal, Recruitment.
HCM Business & Implementation roles and tasks: -
• Involved in attending business analysis meetings as the project owner & implementer.
• Requirements gathering and analysis, time estimates, preparing design documentation, design reviews, development, testing and deployment of application enhancements, and project planning.
• Providing the clients with the best Human resources practices according to the industry and the business needs.
• Designing the Organization structures, Jobs, and Positions, designing the Employees’ files and Directories.
• Designing the Payroll structures, Payroll processes, pay items, Pay runs, Payment types, Bank and Cash transfers,
• Implementing taxes and insurance as per the countries’ labour laws. • Designing and implementing performance management criteria (Scale ratings, Objectives, Questions, Appraisal templates). Implement leave module (Employees’ packages, leave Types, Accrual balances).
• Implement time management module (Employee shifts, Times Rules, Over/Short time, Time permissions).
• Design and implement the process integration and the impacts on employees’ payroll.
• Integration with back-office systems (Accounting), timekeeping machines, and banks.
• Lead the consulting team in the analysis sessions, follow up the implementation phases with them, provide the necessary consultations to them until the going life of the project, and receive the project sign-off as a supervision role
