Design and following up of architecural products and component, like : steel structures and metal works, Aluminum and glass works, Sandwich panels, pre cast works, walk ways, flooring ... For all offshore and onshore constructions including modular units, petrochimical factories, barges, pipe lines, pipe racks, camps, shops, Decks and platforms...
Design or redesign as for Façades, skylights, curtain walls, cladding, sunshades, doors, windows… and other aluminum, Steel, glass, metal structural works.
Prepare sets of engineering Architectural and structural drawings using (CAD/ Tekla) to provide solutions accordance with clients’ requirements, specification & CAD standards.
Drafting detailed structural drawings to international codes and systems like Schuco & Reynaers.
Carry out quantity surveying from CAD drawings. Assist in tender documents preparation & documents arrangement.
Follow up the fabrication and erection process and quality then prepare as built drawings after the erection of the structures.
I was responsible for taking a client's project and seeing the project through to completion. Liaising with clients, engineers and architects to produce 3D models, NC data, reports, material lists and fabrication drawings for contracts and dealing with any site erection queries.
Projects in the main are self-checked and are completed to ever demanding deadlines.
Follow up the fabrication and erection process and quality then prepare as built drawings after the erection of the structures.
Assisting the Project Manager in completing certain tasks
Coordinating efforts and activities between Project Manager, shop detailer, clients, engineers, riggers, suppliers ....Etc., as required by Project Manager.
Understanding and managing scope of work
Preparing take off (estimation) and price variation claims
Preparing the optimization for the material using softwares like PLUS 1D & PLUS 2D.
Producing technical reports detailing work completed and the products produced.

PO(Purchase Orders) with PM permission
supplying structural steel and plate works for many large power and desalination, petrochemical, gas and oil, cement plants, steel mills, high-rise buildings as well as other industrial and commercial complexes.
Preparing the fabrication drawings along with the nesting files for plates and profiles for factory in Saudi Arabia as Zamil Steel fabrication Policy, and the erection drawings for client check and site erecting.
