Duties:
❑ Major job duties includes Financial Reporting, Budgeting preparation and monitoring, Financial Advices, Financial Analysis, System development, Accounting treatments advices and External Auditor communication.
❑ Responsible for preparing and ensure adequate Budget to meet the organizations needs.
❑ Prepare monthly financial reports with analysis for all variances in budget and actual results.(ReportingDirectly toGM)
❑ Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets o fthe organization.
❑ Participate in capital and long-termprojects as a financial advisor.
❑ Train and develo p the finance team
❑ Monitor and developing the ERP software. ❑ Give financial advice to all departments once needed ❑ Forensic and Financial Disputes Expert for Ras Al-Khaimah Courts (including First Instance, Appeals and Cassation Courts) on matters relating to commercial, financial disputes and fraud. Responsible for evaluating facts and merit of legal claims, interviewing claimants and defendants, testify to merit of case, and gathering additional supporting documentation to evidence wrongdoing or breach of contract. Additionally, act as an intermediary arbitrator for experts on both sides of claim tasked with agreeing points of view and evidence to support claim. ❑ Auditing and giving advices about the Government of Ras al Khaimah budget process.

Duties: ❑ Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the overall goals of the company. ❑ Managing the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. ❑ Overseeing the financial operations of the company, including accounting, tax, and treasury functions. ❑ Providing financial guidance and support to the CEO and other members of the seniormanagementteam.

Duties:
❑ Preparing the Audit Work Sheets to prepare the financial statements. (Financial Position statement, income statement, cash flows statement, &changes in owners equity statement) forthe clients.
❑ Preparing reports that provides management with internal control risks and givessuggestionsto improve the internal control situations.
❑ Take the responsibility of the engagement assigned to me. This include the following:
❑ Planning forthe engagement.
❑ Performing test of control and/ or substantive testing over accounts and balances.
❑ Complete and ending the job by preparing the audit files for the management review.
❑ Ensure of implementing related laws in the companies (Income tax law, companies law and other related regulations) and give suggestions and points. ❑ Handle Internal Audit Jobs (Internal Control Review), prepare and perform I nternal Audit programs.

Duties:
❑ Preparing the Audit Work Sheets to prepare the financial statements. (Balance sheets, income statement, cash flows statement, & changes in owners equity statement) forthe clients.
❑ Preparing reports that provides management with internal control risks and givessuggestionsto improve the internal control situations.
❑ Ensure of implementing related laws in the companies (Income tax law, Sales tax law, Stamp and Duties law and companies law) and give suggestions and points.
❑ Handlingwith special jobs (Financialanalysis, Feasibility studies)
❑ Supervising juniors, semi senior and audit staff in all different audit tasks, review work of team members, coach and monitor less experienced professionals to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and management arrangements, and ensure that sufficient audit evidence is gathered and correctly documented to supportthe audit opinion. ❑ Preparing audit engagements and proposalsto the clients.
