• Assigned for Backend DCS panel (Synthesis loop catalytic convertors and compression,
Distillation, Tank farm and Jetty Loading).
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and develop creative solutions to maintain processes
throughout regular maintenance and occasional repairs.
• Monitor and analyze real-time logs, compile reports, and fill out detailed checklists for
accurate record-keeping and accessibility for superiors.
• Actively prepare for emergency situations, such as blackouts, by reviewing EOPs with team
members and the response tactics, verifying the condition of backup resources.
• Attend and contribute to Hazardous Operations Assessments (HAZOP) as requested by
Technical department.
• Participate in all assigned incident investigation and provide assistance to develop and
implement quality corrective actions.

• Responsible for Oil Primary Treatment by Aromatic removal NMP unit operation and troubleshooting on shift
• Process Control and Foxboro DCS System Operation
• Responsible for supervision of operators and training them on DCS operation
• Attended final phase of commissioning for NMP extraction unit Upgrade and Revamping from phenol extraction .
• Attended Dry out of fired heaters and startup.
• Attended startup of the new unit and performance test
• Responsible for Achieving Production Plan according to operating plan.

• Apply the Operating Discipline Principles, Procedures, RC Standards & Practices Continuously to
ensure safe and efficient operation of designated units in normal operation as well as Start up and
shut down.
• Review the work permits documents and preparations according to (WSCS) procedures in order to
authorize safe and efficient maintenance activities of the Plant assets and equipment.
• Performs safely all assigned tasks such as daily routine activity, field checks, equipment preparation
for maintenance, routine samples, checking conditions of the running equipment, daily reading logs,
shift handover logs.
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with others in troubleshooting for designated plant areas as per the
Emergency Operating Procedures EOP.
• Identify any abnormality with plant equipment and assets and report it via the work order system on
(MAXIMO) system to communicate this issue to service departments.
• Communicate any deviation from normal conditions to panel operators and service departments to
avoid loss of production targets and safe plant equipment’s.
• Participate in review, update and/or development of operations procedures and Check Lists with
teams to ensure safety and reliable plant operation.
• Identify possible areas of improvement either for safety or production in plant areas and communicate the suggestions.
• Respond to plant emergencies along with fire brigade team using ERP, Act as Emergency Responder
for Fire Fighting, Rescue, HAZMAT to ensure safe and efficient plant operation.
• Monitor Work in his area from service departments continuously to minimize any hazards and ensure safety of plant operations.

• Mixer area Quality &process control .
• Manage the issues of Quality (E.g.: FMEA, Control plan, SOP) with its updates shared with Production, maintenance and H.S.E.
• Maintain the quality level for the normal production compounds
• Coordination with R&D department for new prototypes process & results .
• Reduce waste by studying and promoting continuous improvement for process conditions & compounds Also SPC analysis tracking
• Continuous follow up & measurement for all dosing systems capabilities and guage R&R analysis . also prepare statistical reports .
• OPL ( One point lesson ) issuance for specific improvement activities.
• Continuous Training for production and quality technicians.

• Responsible for sugar house area (Evaporation, Crystallization, Vacuum System, sugar centrifuges, drying, silo and packing) .
• Responsible for Doing Shift Reports and Handling Them to Production Manager.
• Responsible for supervising technicians, training them on DCS systems.
• Process Control and PCS7 Siemens System Operation, Also modifications & continuous updates
• Responsible for Achieving Production Plan according to operating plan.
• Applying Food Safety, GMP & Hygiene Standards also ensure personnel, product and equipment safety.
• Applying lean manufacturing principles.
• Responsible for Coordination with the Maintenance Department to fix any problem related to the equipment also for making new modifications for better efficiency.
