Direct and supervise the sales team in a way to establish a professional sales process from the first step (prospecting) till the last one (follow up).
Setting monthly forecast for sales team.
Develop personal skills and capability through establishing on-going training, and role plays for the sales team as provided by the company or self prepared
Handling the reporting system required from top management, sales department and marketing department.
Assist with marketing team in setting the promotional campaigns depending on good understanding of the customer needs.
Manages and directs the daily activities of the showroom.
Supervising the achievement of sales targets per each sales member.
Investigating and resolving customer complains.
Analyzing day-to-day performance of the sales team.
Setting the fleet sales plane according to the season and area segmentation
Search, contact and segment of the potential prospected firms.
Planning the companies’ approaches and scheduling their optimum communication way according to the fleet department plane.
Assist in setting the annual fleet forecast.
Maintains an awareness of local market competition conditions, of user preferences and desires, of industry trends, and transmits such information promptly, with recommendations, to senior management.
Assist in preparing the fleet monthly sales operation presentations and doucument.
Deal closing and following up.
Data collection and analyses.
Establishing data base for HR leasing scheme ( conditions, rates and documentations )
