Role:
• Supervision and inspection of civil works for several areas (support buildings aprons and roads) superstructures and infrastructures.
• Review drawings.
• Follow up and update the progress status.
• Coordinate all construction trades and between subcontractors.
• Safety.
• Works those supervise on site excavation, backfilling, reinforced concrete, Asphalt paving, waterproofing, installing of signage, road guardrail and barriers and applying road marking.

Role:
• Study and evaluate the current and future construction projects of contracting clients to propose and make an appropriate recommendations in the credit studies.
• Visit the troubled construction projects of clients to prepare reports.
• Prepare the cost study of new project requested to finance.

Project of King Abdullah University for science end Technology (KAUST) by 20 Billion SAR
Role:
• Review drawings.
• Coordinate all construction trades with all subcontractors, suppliers, logistic, QA/QC and consultant to keep the progress ahead up to commissioning.
• Prepare the requirements to complete the works.
• Subcontractors supervision.
• Delivery of works to the consultant.
• Solve all site issues and constrains.
• Several site areas the work was considered repairing works and works completing.
•
• Works those supervise on site reinforced concrete, waterproofing, installing precast, all finishing works, irrigation, toilets, fixtures, doors, windows, hardware and furniture .
• HSE requirements.

• Quantity survey.
• Subcontractors supervision.
• Delivery of works to the consultant.
• Prepare the invoices.
• Solve site issues.
