Conducting walk troughs with the IPMT and Owner to make punch lists, Reviewing and commenting the design documents, soft foot rectification, Dry gas seals installation, Witnessing and inspecting the machinery and packages during construction phase of the project along with QAQC personnel, Ensuring that all procedures and practices are strictly complies with the required quality and safety standards of the project, Verification of the machines from the supplier’s data sheets, Proper Lubrication of rotary machines as per vendors instructions, preventive and predictive maintenance checks and tests on machinery and equipment according to schedules, Repaired and/or replaced defective parts, reassembled, Developed / assisted on construction scope of work, analysis, job assignments and followed up and executed to complete work within specified time, Followed up company Procedures, sequence of activities to be performed with operation and safety of plants, Perform the baroscopic test for several equipment rotatory and stationary, Responsible of all kind of Rotary machinery i.e. Blowers, Compressors (Reciprocating, Centrifugal, and Screw), Axial Flow Pump, Centrifugal Pumps (Single Stage, Multi Stage), Diaphragm Pump, Gear Pump, Gear Reducer, Extruder, Additive Feeder, Vibration Screen, Melt Pump, and replacement of knife holder. Performing the following procedures: air freeing and interring, chemical cleaning of stainless steel piping and equipment, inspection of static equipment, Motor No load run (solo run), oil flushing, operational tightness test, process system drying, run in of ROTATING EQUIPMENT, steam blowing of piping and equipment, water flushing of piping and equipment, air blowing for piping and equipment, first charge of catalyst, chemical, oil & grease loading, manual cleaning of line or equipment, rotary inspection.

Supervision on the performance of the maintenance for rotary equipment (Compressors, Pumps, Gearboxes, etc.), Installation & Alignment. Lead the Preservation team to carry out all preservation actions, Survey on weekly basis the status of materials at site, in cooperation with PRP team, paying special care on bulk materials, Assist train the Preservation Easy plant Administrator in collecting and filling all Vendor instruction, Equipment Data Sheet, Safety Data Sheet and preservation Reports, Also Declassification for the Vendor document to ensure that there is no restricted information will be transfer to our sub-contractor.

Production of sheet metal works (with Alloy 7575) based on drawings for aircraft structures for replacement of damaged parts. Good at studying drawings and follow-up for proper implementation. Worked on lathes. Also worked as cabin technician and maintaining all in flight equipment and refueling of the aircraft.
