During this period my tasks was organized flight plans and traffic management plans to prepare for planes about to enter assigned airspace then transferring control of departing flights to traffic control centers and accepting control of arriving flights; issued landing and take-off authorizations and instructions; reporting to the pilot all the details related to Load Control; ensuring the departure and arrival of aircrafts as planned; and then completing daily activity reports for aircrafts to the management.

operations.
- Load Planning: Calculate weight and balance, prepare load sheets, and ensure safe cargo distribution and prepare verify airway bills, , and customs documentation.
- Coordination: Liaise with pilots, ground staff, customs, security, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting: Prepared accurate load sheets and dispatch documentation, reducing flight delays. Prepare operational reports, and incident documentation for management.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate movement, storage, and transfer between aircraft and warehouses.
- Problem-Solving & Quality Control: Ensure aviation is handled according to safety, security, and quality standards.

- Event Coordination: Plan and manage conferences, public events, and community outreach activities.
- Partnerships: Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and community organizations.
- Communication: Represent the organization, Support foster positive community relations.

During this period, I was responsible for maintaining the cash; my duties also entailed supervising Salespersons at the Jordanian Duty-free shop and handling any issues related to the Customers, & coordinate the duties for the Employee shift.

- Cash Handling: manage daily cash transactions, foreign currency exchange, and reconciliation of the Customer Service: assist international travelers and refunds
