Handling a difficult issue in paint shop quality, identifying the root cause, resolving technical issue. • Defect root cause analysis and elimination/prevention, Dirt reduction processes. • Topcoat PM Schedule. • Topcoat process issues and solutions. • Identifying the major areas in a paint shop that are cleaned and understand the issues associated with cleaning procedures, deep cleaning, Paint stripping of skids and fixtures • Inspection of the paint process of "dirt" defect problems - on Painted vehicles, coating layer, by Optical Microscopy. • Analysis of the paint process looking for the root causes (sources). • Propose non-proprietary potential best practices for cleaning paint spray booths and Perform inspection/audits within the paint shop, identify and trouble shoot paint defects origin, overcoming obstacles to achieving a deadline. • Adjust and follow Air Filtration system through: a) Spray booth intake to exhaust and abatement. b) Laser Particle Counting and Membrane Sampling. • Spray booth Air Flow Analysis, through Theatrical Fogger acts as a "mega smoke stick" showing air flow patterns, booth balance, and problems. • Reference and Defect sample collection and documentation. • Building the Paint Defect Reference Library. • Development of countermeasures for each defect type. • Manage supplies of materials and equipment, components of spray booths that are cleaned on a regular basis include Robot system, walls/silhouettes, windows, floor grates, floors, conveyors, hoses, robots and related equipment. • Ultra-high-pressure water jet cleaning: • Efficient, gentle on materials and waste-free. With water pressures of up to 2, 500 bar, no prior disassembly necessary, non-abrasive and does not cause special waste. • WWT process • Experience related to working and handling all process with industrial wastewater treatment, (sludge), operate the equipment in water and wastewater treatment
• prepare for an inspection at the WWT; and take corrective action where a problem is identified.
Supervise and direct production, process, and quality through the robotic and manual spray lines; direct and assist employees to produce schedules in a safe, efficient manner to maximize company profits; instruct and direct employees in good safety, hazardous waste and housekeeping practices; • supervise and train employees in handling and control of VOC information; work with all disciplines in developing and improving all processes and implementing new technologies; • work with suppliers on incoming quality and coordinate new product development and trials. • Problem solving and planning skills. • Implementation of engineering changes on the production line. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate others. • Provide technical expertise of problem solving in Elpo and Phosphate
Manage employee’s daily activities to insure production efficiencies. • Prepare weekly production scheduling to ensure properly production target. • Ensure appropriate communication with staff as well as management involving program changes, customer job updates, administrative, human resources updates and changes. • Coordinate and lead project activities, including new equipment, installation, supplier selection and knowledge of spray booth operation. • Evaluating and optimizing existing processes, configuring new manufacturing systems, reducing waste, and developing best practices for the paint production process. • Lead multiple and concurrent projects as a project and discipline engineer. • Leading problem-solving teams to address complex issues using the best industry practices and most cost-effective solutions. • Direct and monitor Engineering firms for compliance with project scope. • Responsible for the performance to drive paint system uptime and quality in Cleaning especially in process industrial cleaning, include:
