I was one of the hospital medical Board, plann new units and set all needs from staffing to instrument.
I set disaster plan for the hospital, set all protocols for emergency calls : fire alarm, cardiac arrest calls,
set training for all health team including doctors in Basic Life support, and implemented Advaced life support for selected nurses from other hospitals in the district.
