Job duties:
• Design, analyse and implement competitive Compensation and Benefits programs that are linked to business objectives.
• Manage the Job evaluation process.
• Manage the annual salary review on the company level.
• Manage the Notional Share Options Scheme.
• Conducts and participates in Compensation and benefits surveys.
Achievement:
• Participating in implementing Share Appreciation Rights (SARs) scheme on the Company Level.
• Implementing new Sales Commission scheme.
• Implementing New Payroll System (Oracle).
• Completing Job profiles review and Job evaluation for all Jobs on the company level.
• Developing and implementing new Remuneration policy.

-Preparing all Inputs to the payroll
-Generating monthly overtime.
-Preparing the final settlement process for terminated employees in coordination with the Accounting department
-Coordinating with Social Security Establishment by preparing the monthly List & payment
-Prepare the manual Calculation for contingent workers
-Prepare the salary declaration letters which requested by employees
-Communicating with employees to verify the services provided by Banks
Duties:
-Financial reporting to Chief Accountant
-Responsible for all salaries accounts.
-Handling all regular disclosing.
