Responsibilities
- Manage and present the financial result to the audit committee members and board of directors. Also Manage the audit with the company auditor.
- Manage the relation with the company subsidiaries and associates.
- Manage the relation with the banks to obtain loans and settle the disputes - is there.
- Review all commercial and non-commercial contract from financial perspective.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Manage all accounting operations and tax requirements and tax filings.
- Manage the in-boarding new project, prepare and design the financial cycle for the
new project.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report
variances
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting ie Micro Finance and insurance
Brokerage.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Coordinate and direct to Bills promptly and agrees billing schedule with client.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Focal point of the internal audit department and manage the communication between
the head of internal audit other department at the group.

Job responsibilities
-Auditing financial statements, group reporting pack, due diligence, agreed upon procedures and Limited review.
-Establishes suitable audit approach with partner input and directs audit work to achieve audit strategy, draw out key issues and keep the partner advised of progress
-Ensures technical accuracy and fair presentation of the financial statements through appropriate review
-Develops good working relationships with all clients being respectful of client culture and values
-Uses problem solving techniques to evaluate options and makes appropriate decisions for both Firm and client
-Able to control meetings when necessary by involving everyone appropriately (like tax department, IT, etc...) and controlling the direction and time.
-Bills promptly and agrees billing schedule with client.
-Gives objective feedback to staff at all grades in a timely manner and contributes to the ongoing development of the individual.
