Implementation of shop drawings & leading an electrician groups.
Supervise all internal and external construction activities of
• electrical and low current systems for sites ( internal & external lighting system- Normal power&
mechanical power systems- lightening protection- site Grounding- electrical and low current
networks- Fire alarm - BMS -CCTV- MATV - Public address Audio and visual systems -
Access control - Data and telephone).
• Carefully review electrical shop drawing and approval of material submittal to assure that all
material delivered meets site requirements in compliance to specification and approved material.
• Ensure all the electrical works completed are in compliance to specification and as per approved
shop drawing.
• Ensure all works completed in a safe manner and highest quality.
• Follow up site progress and subcontractor activities.
• Carefully review the AS Built drawings of electrical and low current systems for handed over sites
in order to approval.
Following with engineering team for shop drawing submission and material approval.
• Following with procurement department for long lead items delivery.
• Following site work on daily basis and report to top management.
• Follow up and coordinate with the other discipline engineers regarding any technical issues and
construction problem at site.
• Following sub-contractors on daily basis for site activities and assure that they will fulfil our
planned schedule.
• Responsible for planning, surveying, designing, installation and execution works.
• Implement IFC and Shop drawings as per project specification and standards.
• Installation of Building wiring / Electrical conduit systems / Cable tray & ladder system, floor
trunk system / Light fixtures / Power Factor corrector / Automatic Voltage Stabilizer / UPS units /
Diesel Generator / DC Battery Charger for protection control/ lighting High masts and its control
gear.
• Electrical related Civil Builder works such as Installation of Electrical Duct banks / Excavation of
Trenches for LV/HV cable lay / Street light poles and its foundation / Ground recessed lights /
Earth
• Installation of Earth Rods & Lightning Protection system.
• Low Current System - Fire Alarm, CCTV, PAVA, MATV, Nurse Call System, Audio Visual,
Access Control, Telecom and Data.
Review all electrical tender drawings in accordance to AL- Othaim markets specification.
• Review of submitted projects packages by contractors (Material, shop drawings and as built).
• Site construction technical supervision and quality assurance of work executed and contract
management for electrical work plus invoices clearance.
• Work planning and progress follow up.
• Following long lead items and major equipment.
• Lead and coordinate teams to accomplish technical objectives
• Support Bidding stage in shredding the proposal request requirements and validate responsibilities
and verify tasks
Project budget: 11 Billion SAR
* Building 43 (Housing administration)
Area of building: 22, 318 square meter
Activities performed: Coordination with all disciplines, assigning tasks, participating in regular
meetings, reporting high management.
* Building 25\27A (Center shop and main prayer area)
Area of building: 28, 618 square meter
Responsibilities:
• Studying, reviewing all design drawing & solving the technical problems.
• Finding a common language with other departments to coordinate works at site.
• Dealing with low current systems such as fire alarm, BMS, audio visual, public address, CCTV &
telecommunication systems.
• Following the works at site with my team, (consist of 120 manpower)
• Submission works to consultants.
* RTV Building (Riyadh Techno Valley)
Building Consist of 17 floors
Responsibilities:
• Dealing with suppliers, sub-contractors and consultants.
• Coordination with other disciplines.
• Testing and Commissioning for all Electrical Systems.
