Ability to perform and guide various activities related to rotating equipment like lube oil flushing,
alignment, lubrication, vibration checks, startup etc.
PIPING: Testing, Pre-commissioning (Flushing, Blowing, Lay-Up, Reinstatement, Cleanliness, Flange
management Tightness golden joint in battery limit, and reinstatement leak test).
Static Equipment: Installation, Alignment, Testing (SAT), Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of
Static Equipment like Knock out Drum, heat exchanger, Air receiver) & Flare Stack.
Rotating Equipment: Installation, Alignment, Testing (SAT), Pre-commissioning and Commissioning
of Rotating Equipment ike Pump, Compressor, Blower, Marine loading Arm.
Commissioning: Commissioned of Utility system (Plant Air, Instrument Air, Potable Water,
Nitrogen, Fire Water System), Commissioned of LPG&POG.
Competent in understanding project mechanical and piping documentation (P&IDs, Piping
isometric drawings, construction plans and in commissioning planning and reporting.
Competence in installation, testing and start-up of rotating equipment (Pumps, prime movers,
compressors etc.) and static process equipment and associated piping systems.
